Cancellation Policy (as of 08.04.26)
Cooling-off Period
Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking (unless arriving within 14 days)
Cancellation Charges
60+ days before arrival:
full refund minus £25 admin fee
30–59 days before arrival: 50% refund
14–29 days before arrival: 25% refund
0–13 days before arrival: no refund
Re-letting Clause
(If cancelling with less than 60 days notice)
We will endeavour to re-let the accommodation for the dates you had booked. If successful, we will refund the amount received from the replacement booking, minus a £25 administration fee
* We reserve the right to adjust the price in order to secure a replacement booking
Insurance Clause
Guests are strongly advised to take out travel insurance
Amendments to Bookings
Requests to amend booking dates are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Any agreed change of dates will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and a new booking, and our standard cancellation policy will apply.
